Q- Can I reserve a court if I am not a member?

A- Players can purchase a day pass and acquire a court to play on if there are courts available. Advanced reservations are a benefit of being a member. Guests are allowed to play with a member after purchasing a day pass at check in.


Q- How can I find matches?

A- Our staff will watch you play and give you a rating. Based on that rating we will refer you to players at your level. We also have a match finder on our website. You will receive a password when you join the club.


Q- Can I bring my own ball machine?

A- Yes

Q- If my child wants to hit a few balls on court with me do they need to purchase a guest pass?

A- Yes, all people who hit on courts need to pay a guest fee or be a paid member.


Q- Do you have to be a member to take a lesson?

A- No, anyone can take lessons arranged through the individual pro’s. The pro’s book their own lessons.


Q- What is the rain policy for the courts?

A- This is up to managements discretion. A message will be left on answering service as to court closure. Members are responsible to squeegee their own court.


Q- What is the tennis etiquette at LMTC?

A- The USTA (link) publishes “Friends of Court”, the USTA Handbook of Tennis Rules and Regulations. The “Code” to fair play and unwritten rules is used by LMTC.


Q- Is drinking alcohol or smoking allowed at LMTC?

A- There is no drinking alcohol or smoking at LMTC (unless there is a permit for special event). Water is the only drink allowed on courts.


Q- Are dogs allowed on the court?

A- No, leashed dogs are allowed on quads only.


Q- In case of emergency how do players get assistance?

A- Get to clubhouse asap and have staff call on landline to 911. We have an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) in clubhouse and our staff are all certified.


Q- Is there a lost and found at LMTC?

A- Yes, at the front desk. Unclaimed items are donated after 2 months.


Q- Can I bring my own instructor to LMTC?

A- No, outside instruction is not allowed unless it is a family member teaching their children. Please contact our Instruction Page for pro’s available during the year.


Q- I am a stringer. Am I allowed to string for other members?

A- No, all stringing is performed by Emmo Tennis in the Pro Shop.


Q- When are the club board meetings?

A- The LMTC Board of Directors meets every 3rd Friday of the month at 1:00 pm. Public is invited to attend.


Q- Is there an email list to keep us informed of latest updates and events?

A- Yes, please give your email to front desk to be used for email blast regarding upcoming events, closures, holiday schedule and emergencies only.
